Martin Faith – Stained Glass Artist

Trained in Scotland, Martin Faith, owner of Scottish Stained Glass, offers 25 years experience in residential, commercial and religious leaded window and door creations.

His work can be found in the homes of many celebrities and has been featured multiple times on TV channels such as HGTV and the DIY Network.

A gifted artist, Martin Faith designed the unique “Scottish Stained Glass” process and over the years has custom designed and custom manufactured more than 30,000 windows, doors and stained glass panels. Martin has trained 22 artists and artisans to design and build beautiful and lasting leaded glass creations the Scottish tradition, requiring up to 10 years of training to become certified in this time-honored art.

Martin was born in Scotland and many or his designs have been influenced by European architecture and style. “It’s important to me that all of our designs complement the overall décor of the room they are being designed for” says Martin. “I train all our artists to be aware that our creations should not overwhelm the other design elements in the space”

Martin moved to Colorado in 1991 (to escape from haggis and bagpipes) and – along with his fellow artisans– has grown his company so that it is now the most successful studio of its kind in the United States.
