Our extensive restoration process begins with an on-site assessment. Our team of local, experienced stained glass artisans complete an assessment in order to evaluate underlying root causes of deterioration in order to create a custom plan-of-action. Once we’ve completely assessed every contributing factor of deterioration, we cautiously remove your stained glass window and transfer it back to our repair studio.

We rebuild the stained glass pieces by finding duplicates of your damaged glass in our ample inventory of over 50,000 stained glass pieces or have glass custom made. If your stained glass window features painted glass, our design experts can recreate original techniques by hand, ensuring a 100% match. Once all glass pieces are repaired or replaced, we rebuild the window with lead, tin, and black cement. These materials strengthen the joints of your stained glass window, ensuring lasting durability for the next 100 years.
