Did you know that Scottish Stained Glass also makes stained glass for commercial properties? Incorporating stained glass into your building interior or storefront is a great way to create a vintage or rustic ambivalence. By adding this unique and eye catching art to your architecture, you can make your business stand out and attract the attention of customers passing by. Recently, Scottish Stained Glass had the opportunity to partner with a couple of business owners in Lone Tree, Colorado on the construction of their commercial property. The project involved making stained glass signs for some of the food court restaurants in the Park Meadows Mall.
If you’ve ever been to Park Meadows, you probably noticed that all of the stores and restaurants have a very distinct look. That’s because the mall is decorated in an outdoors theme as a tribute to the beauty of the great state of Colorado. Noticeable fixtures like wood paneling, outdoor themed artwork, and even an outside “waterfall” give the mall a rustic, cabin like look.
In addition to the elaborate architecture of the mall itself, all of the stores have a unique look too. Each store has their own custom sign. That’s why when the owners of Chick-Fil-A, Mad Greens, and Berry Blendz were deciding on signs for their new mall locations, they contacted us. We were able to design and manufacture some beautiful stained glass signs for their restaurants, each of which were custom made to order. The signs helped the restaurants maintain consistency with the mall’s overall theme and also added a bit of color and character.
For Scottish Stained Glass, it was truly a pleasure to partner with these local business owners.
